“I had the opportunity to work with Clyde Huffman and his company when I was the Director of Facilities Management at Ruby Tuesday around 2009 and 2010.


We entered an agreement to roll out LED lIghting in our restaurants. It was a large task as we had locations that almost 30 years old and many varied prototypes. We did the rollout in stages, by areas of the country, with lots of local testing done.


Clyde and his team did an excellent job during the project. We established a budget, some parameters for how to handle extras, then off they went.


We did an update each morning from the night before and handled any issues that had come up. Most of the issues were of our own doing, a few were lighting related as expected but the job was done on time and within budget.


I would recommend Clyde Huffman for any type of lighting project you or your team may have. He communicates well and tries to provide his customer a positive experience for many years to come.”

RLC has always put their best foot forward to provide superior customer service, proposal detail, product selection and quality all at a significantly better price than the other Request for Proposal participants since we first started working together in 2012 on our system-wide Dining Room LED Retrofit program.


We were not surprised when you continued to significantly outshine the competition on our Kitchen LED Tube Direct Replacement Retrofit in 2014. Although we discovered that our previous Ballast Replacement Program was not as well executed as our RLC retrofits, your team worked with the LED Tube Light supplier, the restaurant management teams and your installation teams to perform the necessary ballast replacements without a hitch.


I also want to thank RLC for their continued efforts on our Exterior LED Retrofit project over the last four years. Although management has not decided to move forward with the project, you have refreshed your original 2012 proposal multiple times with new technology from different suppliers and installers which we were able to install in a few of our sites with excellent results.


I would recommend any retail or restaurant company consider Restaurant Lighting Concepts for any lighting retrofit project they are considering and would be surprised if RLC didn’t provide a significantly better value with less hassle than any other lighting retrofit company in the industry.
